This study examines the effect of perceived green human resources management on environmental performance with employer commitment and lifestyle as intervening variables. aims to analyze resource performance, commitment, lifestyle, performance.The sample this research is companies in Indonesia that have received ISO 14001 certificates PROPER awards from Ministry Environment Forestry Republic Indonesia. The technique sampling uses nonprobability purposive techniques by collecting data which done giving online questionnaires google form. analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS software. From results hypothesis testing, it was concluded 1 (H1) rejected, 2 (H2) accepted, 3 (H3) 4 (H4) accepted 5 (H5) accepted.
